Dining at the monastery

You will delight in the rich aroma and the Provençal flavor of our cuisine as it changes throughout the seasons.

Christophe, our chef, brings out the Mediterranean flavors of his dishes with gusto and creativity using local products. Most of the fruit and vegetables, as well as herbs, are harvested from our garden here at the monastery. Upon prior request, we can provide a vegetarian menu or an alternative menu to suit your dietary requirements.

We recommend a pre-dinner stroll through the grounds to explore the vegetable garden, greenhouse, and orchard. Here you will find all the kinds of fruit and vegetables that we grow before you get to sample them in some culinary delight at the dinner table.

Overlooking an avenue of majestic trees, the spacious dining hall (80m2) lends itself perfectly to functions, get-togethers, and festivities. During warm weather, the shaded terraces provide an ideal option for outdoor dining.

For functions and special events such as parties and weddings, festive meals can be held in the cloister, garden or even the chapel.
